Pierre Rossel

A graduate of the University of Neuchâtel with a doctorate in cultural anthropology, Pierre Rossel researched and taught technology assessment and technology foresight for 24 years at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). As a futurist, he has contributed to numerous publications and been active in several renowned international associations. Since 2010, he has helped set up and manage innovation platforms involving IoT and AI, in several European projects with two partners, he founded Inspiring Futures, a Swiss-based international advisory company. He currently works on several co-related topics and mandates dealing with how governments can cope with the challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
