Professor Avinash Dadhich is an internationally acclaimed legal expert in emerging technology regulation, specializing in AI governance, data privacy, and digital competition law. With a distinguished academic background spanning the UK, France, and India, he has shaped legal education as Founding Director of Manipal Law School, MAHE Bengaluru, and Dean of IFIM Law School, Bengaluru.

His multifaceted career combines high-level policy work (Competition Commission of India, U.S. State Department Antitrust Fellowship) with global private sector experience (Deloitte, EY, White & Case).
