
Hu Ling
Associate Professor, Peking University Law School
Hu Ling is an Associate Professor of Law in Peking University, and has a Ph.D Degree in Hong Kong University. His major research area is AI law, information technology law and legal theory. He used to be vice dean of Law School in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for five years. He has published a number of books, articles and review essays on Internet governance issues in China for over ten years, including the recent book: Dynamics in Chinese Digital Commons: Law, Technology, and Governance (Routledge, 2024). His current study interest lies in how AI as productive organization affects legal system.
