Alexander Barclay

Alexander Barclay is the delegate for digital policy for the canton of Geneva. In this role, he supports the government in the ongoing development of the canton's digital policy and represents Geneva on issues relating to the digital transition. He holds a doctorate from the University of Saint-Gallen and teaches at Sciences Po Paris.
