Nominated as the “Top Women in AI & Data in Switzerland” list in 2025, Ayisha is a frequent speaker at major international forums, and contributor to academic publications, media articles, and podcasts in Switzerland and abroad, shaping global conversations on AI policy and technology governance. She also serves as an expert contributor to international AI governance bodies, including the Council of Europe, UNCTAD, and UNESCO, is a member of the  Ethics Council of silicon valley unicorn Eightfold AI, and an affiliated faculty of Imperial College London’s Trusted AI Alliance.

Ayisha leads Switzerland’s largest global AI policy platform, at ETH Zurich, bringing together participants from over 100+ countries to advance ethical, inclusive, and innovation-driven AI governance.

With more than 20 years of experience across the United Nations, multinational leadership, and government affairs, Ayisha has built cross-functional teams and led high-impact projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Ayisha holds degrees in Economics and Management and is an alumna of the London School of Economics & Political Science, Tufts’ Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, MIT Sloan School of Management, INSEAD, and IMD. She is a strong advocate for education and women in leadership.
