Isabelle Chappuis

As a National Councillor and member of the Security Policy Committee, Isabelle Chappuis focuses primarily, but not only, on security/sovereignty, emerging technologies, as well as education. She also serves on the board of directors of MIDUCA SA, Switzerland's largest continuing education school. An expert in the future of work, particularly in relation to AI and technology, she is the author of "HR Futures 2030" a foresight guide to human capital management. She currently directs the Swiss Center for Augmented Intelligence (SCAI), an academic center fostering human-AI collaboration. Isabelle Chappuis, graduated from the University of St. Gallen, held leadership positions in continuing education at the University of Lausanne for nearly 20 years.
