
Marek Laco
Deputy Assistant Secretary, U.S. DOL, Employment and Training Administration (ETA)
Marek Laco currently serves as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. He most recently led workforce development policy as a professional staff member for the Committee on Education and the Workforce in the U.S. House of Representatives. Marek also worked for several members of Congress and spent time at the U.S. Department of Education during the first Trump Administration before serving as deputy chief of staff for Rep. Elise Stefanik (NY-21). He began his career as a high school teacher and football coach in Jacksonville, Florida.
