Dr. Max Blumberg

Max Blumberg, Ph.D. is a consultant and founder of the people analytics thinktank, the Blumberg Partnership, where he works to bridge the worlds ofbusiness performance, artificial intelligence and analytics to improve strategyexecution and design effective workforces. Over the course of his career, Maxhas worked alongside a list of blue chip companies and global clients includingCIPD, Lloyds Register, the BBC, Rentokil Initial, Brit Insurance, Hilton Hotels &Resorts, The MOD, Barclays Corporate, and Friends Provident. Academically,Max is a Visiting Professor at the University of Leeds, UK and a ResearcherAssociate at the University of Southern California, USA.
