Shalini Trefzer
Data and AI specialist, Microsft
Since October 2020, Shalini serves as the Microsoft Data & AI specialist for key Lifesciences enterprise customers in Switzerland. She is deeply invested in building the resourcefulness, within Microsoft and externally, that will optimally benefit her customers; to this end, she recently completed the AI for Healthcare course through MIT Sloan and has been achieving quarterly certification milestones in Microsoft cloud technologies. Prior to this, Shalini spent 4 years independently serving emerging companies in AI to grow their market footprint in European and Middle East/North Africa regions. Her personal passion centers around enabling women in general, and older workers returning to the workforce after a break specifically, to secure a place in the future of work. She was a Senior Advisor to the Global Talent Summit and a main stage moderator at World Web Forum in 2019 in this role and has contributed to the ETH Ambassadors initiative. She led the Diplomatic Courier's global Think Tank, World in 2050, through its strategic expansion in 2019-2020 where she also led the launch of the Olympics of Innovation challenge and awards at Davos during World Economic Forum 2020.
