Sanja Fabrio

Sanja brings to the table a broad expertise in managing international market operations, leading multicultural teams, and engaging high level internal and external stakeholders. Combining 25 years of executive leadership from multinationals, startups and academia, she strongly believes that innovation through collaboration is a key ingredient for a progressive society.

Sanja’s career evolved in private sector where she held leadership positions in general management and public affairs across different geographies in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Throughout her professional career she closely interacted with governments, think tanks, academic institutions and more recently startup community.

Sanja holds a BSc degree in Economics & International Trade from the University J.J.Strossmayer, Croatia and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Italy and is alumnus of numerous executive courses on Leadership and Strategy from INSEAD (France) and IMD (Switzerland).

Ayisha Piotti

Ayisha is a strategic alliance builder with extensive experience in Government Affairs tackling complex regulatory & fiscal challenges through working with diplomatic missions, international organizations, government ministries, consumer and business associations. She is a passionate & decisive leader with in depth understanding of business drivers, adept at identifying trends and opportunities & ensuring execution at local, regional & global levels.

Ayisha started her career at the United Nations Conference for Trade & Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva, where she specialized in macroeconomic analysis, econometrics and international trade. She then moved to the private sector where she built teams and led cross-functional projects for over 15 years, spanning diverse geographies, ranging from Europe to Asia. She has been part of leadership teams of business units encompassing more than 50 countries.

Ayisha graduated from the London School of Economics & Political Science (UK) with a BSc in Economics and holds a Masters from Tufts University & the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (USA). She is also an alumnus of MIT’s Sloane School of Management (USA), INSEAD (France), and the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.

David Butler

Since 2010, David has been known as the “go to guy” for entrepreneurs and investors in Switzerland, has worked with many young firms, and has led many startup related efforts including Startup Grind, Zuripreneur Meetup, Failcon, Startup Bootcamp and FintechDay, as well as jury, mentor and coach at MassChallenge, Startup Weekend, Founder institute. Having an international background, he is also connected to the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem, particularly in Silicon Valley and throughout the rest of Europe.

He has worked in Information Technology since 1999, connecting the worlds of business and technology while combining Product Development and Technical Implementation. David has a knack for problem diagnosing & solving, and translating the needs of the market and clients into new features, refinements and products.

As a serial networker and social media aficionado, his love for testing beta versions of new products coming out of Zurich’s many startups and strong social presence, has made him a sought-after advisor in many industries.
