Sanja Fabrio

Sanja is Co-Founder and Managing Director of RegHorizon.

Prior to founding RegHorizon, Sanja was Vice President Corporate Affairs for Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region in a Fortune 100 multinational in which she also held multiple general management roles.  

Combining 25 years of executive leadership in general management and public affairs from multinationals, startups, and academia, Sanja brings to the table broad expertise in managing international market operations, leading multicultural teams, and engaging high-level internal and external stakeholders.

Throughout her professional career Sanja closely interacted with and ensured actionable dialogue among businesses, governments, think tanks and academic institutions as she strongly believes that innovation through collaboration is a key ingredient for a progressive society.

Sanja holds a BSc degree in Economics & International Trade from the University J.J.Strossmayer, Croatia and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Italy and is alumnus of numerous executive courses on Leadership and Strategy from INSEAD (France) and IMD (Switzerland).

Ayisha Piotti

Ayisha Piotti is the Co Founder & Managing Partner of RegHorizon, where she works to build bridges between the needs of policy makers, companies and society at large, with a special focus on digital policy frameworks. Ayisha is passionate about combining strategic foresight and multi stakeholder dialogue to find solutions to complex societal and business challenges.

She has over 20 years of experience in the private & public sector, including with the United Nations. Prior to creating RegHorizon, Ayisha was a senior Business Development and Public Affairs executive within a large multinational, where she built and led cross-functional teams and projects spanning diverse geographies, including Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Ayisha’s educational background is in Economics and Management, and she is the alumna of the London School of Economics & Political Science (UK), Tufts’ Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (USA), MIT’s Sloane School of Management (USA), and INSEAD (France). She is also very engaged in various organisations promoting women in leadership and technology.
