The conference provided a valuable platform for cross-sector dialogue, bringing together experts and decision-makers to exchange perspectives on how innovation can be harnessed responsibly in an increasingly complex geopolitical and technological landscape.

With global debates around AI governance intensifying, the conversations held in Monaco highlighted a growing consensus: the future of artificial intelligence will depend not only on technological breakthroughs, but also on the institutions, partnerships, and policy frameworks developed to guide them

For RegHorizon, the conversations in Monaco reinforced the importance of connecting technological advancement with effective governance and international collaboration. These themes will continue at the AI Policy Summit 2026, taking place on 29–30 September 2026 at ETH Zurich, where policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, and researchers will convene to shape the future of AI governance.
