Our Managing Partner, Ayisha Piotti, was invited to deliver the opening keynote at Applied AI’s Leadership Exchange Event in Munich gathering important decisions makers from the German AI ecosystem.
The meetup gathered leaders from across sectors to examine how AI is moving from vision to operational reality and what this means for strategy, governance and investment.
The meetup further explored how conversational and voice AI are entering real workflows, how enterprise AI is shifting from pilots to measurable scale, and how agentic AI, enterprise copilots and domain-specific models are starting to define the value curve. A common message ran through the discussions: only AI initiatives that deliver tangible value, grounded in sound data and governance, will endure.
In a focused discussion on the global AI context, Ayisha emphasised that AI strategy is now inseparable from geopolitics, regulation and trust, with governance and opportunity increasingly intertwined. The effective adoption of AI, and the innovation it enables, depend on pragmatic governance.
A clear takeaway for 2026: AI is now an operational capability, not a distant concept. Durable value creation will depend on governance frameworks that align innovation, regulation and societal needs. The need to turn responsible AI principles into practical, scalable implementation.
