In addition to directly leading various sessions (see separate posts), our Managing Partner Ayisha Piotti also joined a set of ground-breaking discussions at the World Economic Forum, Davos 2026.
Delighted to have Ayisha serve as a Local Champion at the celebrated AI House Davos for 2026 and participate in various exciting sessions at the cutting-edge of AI development and deployment, including an energising convening at the Women’s AI Breakfast, sessions on Creativity and Identity in the age of Deepfakes, AI & Geopolitics 2030, and many more.
Another major highlight was an invitation to engage with the leading human-centered voices, Yoshua Bengio, Tristan Harris, and Nicholas Thompson emphasising, the need for AGI to be incentivised towards human safety, requiring a societal shift that drives accountability in the private and public sector. Ayisha also joined Imperial College London for a working lunch on Sovereign AI and Health as well as the annual Imperial Trusted AI Alliance dinner focusing on the intersection of AI and energy, organised by Professors David Shrier and A. Aldo Faisal.
Europe’s digital sovereignty was on the agenda with the Alpine Tech Forum, deepening the conversation on designing pathways for durable leadership.
Across the day, Ayisha also engaged with global colleagues and connected with new peers across the ecosystem, continuing conversations on responsible innovation and implementable governance outcomes. A major takeaway from the discussions being effective AI governance extends beyond regulatory frameworks. It demands institutional coherence, societal trust, and the capacity to align public policy, private investment, and industrial deployment.
