Our submission highlights the need to

- Develop indigenous AI Governance principles that priorities the realities and aspirations of the Global South.
- Differentiate Regulatory Treatment between B2B and B2C AI applications to safeguard consumer rights and encourage innovation.
- Implement a tiered- risk- classification framework to avoid over-regulating.
-Address Legal ambiguities in copyright, data scraping, and fair use for AI training datasets
- Establish diverse AI Governance Structures to ensure independent oversight.
